Effective immediately, merchant
are NOT allowed to buy or receive credits from Normal Users(Blue IDs). You are
advised to purchase credit from the same network only. Any merchant who
receives more than US$10 worth of credits in a month will be penalized. First
penalty will be temporary suspension, followed by color removal if the merchant
keep srepeating the same mistake. If you have any feedback, post it in topic
