migme authenticate Issue


If your ID face  authenticate issue than you should do e-mail to 'contact@mig.me'  From a new fress e-mail.
Tell them your problem properly and give ID name with it.

After it you will have a reply with in 48 hours with some Questions which is given below:



You are unable to authenticate your account because you have reached maximum number of authentication attempts. Reset has been done, please try to authenticate again using the authentication code which we will SMS to you shortly. 

If you are still unable to proceed kindly provide us with the following information so we can help you:

1. What is your username (migme ID)?
2. What is your registered date?
3. What is your current mobile number?
4. Is your mobile number still active? 
5. Which network provider are you with?
6. Which country are you in?
7. What is the authentication code that you have received?

After replying all question's correct answers you will have another reply from team within 48 hours and than they will fix your ID within 5 working Day.
